Damn you, doubled posts! ::shakes fists::
Just a note to say that yes, I am up much later than I should be. In my defense, I was making the whiskey cake for work Friday (after some anxious moments with the glaze, think it'll turn out OK), and so was slaving over the hot oven, working my poor fingers to the bone, etc. etc. However, I only slaved until about 10:30; then I played World of Warcraft (WoW) as my alt. Priests are kind of fun. (I'm sure I'll change my opinion of that once I get the craps beaten out of me by Scarlet Crusaders one too many times). Related issue: been fighting with the wireless connection here ever since Monday's ill-fated attempt to network my laptop and desktop (again). When I triumphed over Linksys, I felt like I had to celebrate just a little.
Tangentially related: when my connection's been on the fritz (oh, precious, precious cable internet; never leave me again), I've been amusing myself by making LJ icons. Expect horror. |
